The Indian intelligence agency RAW has been repeatedly
accused of affecting national security in various countries, establishing
secret networks and sponsoring violent elements. This behavior was not limited
to one region but was seen globally, where attempts were made to achieve state
interests through covert operations, influence peddling and the use of proxy
elements under the diplomatic veil, resulting in security and diplomatic
challenges for many countries.
The same narrative is connected by various examples: in
2020, ASIO exposed a spy network in Australia, in 2023, a plot to attack
Garuptunat Singh Pannan was revealed in the US, and in 2023–24, the Hardeep
Singh murder case in Canada turned Indian diplomatic and secret relations into
a global conflict.
The same pattern is also visible in Pakistan, especially in
Balochistan, where incidents like the Kulbhushan Jadhav case in 2016, the
attack on a public gathering in Mastung in 2018, and the recent attack on the
Jaffar Express in 2025 have involved proxy networks organized under Indian
influence, in which evidence of financial, operational, and logistical support
to other terrorist groups, including the BLA, has been emerging, indicating a
continuous and coordinated strategy of unrest in Balochistan.
Further, if we talk about the role of Raw in Iran, so it
will be very negative and unethical. Iran allows Indian citizens into the country
for business purposes and for development, as every country does with its strategic
partners.
But instead of all this, India helps the CIA and Mossad in developing
and spreading their networks across Iran.
