 Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has said that he wants a complete, comprehensive and lasting ceasefire, not a temporary one.

In an interview with Japanese TV, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said that he would welcome a move that would completely end the war. The Iranian Foreign Minister said that he is ready to consider any proposal for a complete ceasefire; some countries are looking for a solution to the conflict.

Abbas Araqchi said that it does not seem that the United States will be willing to stop the aggression, and is ready to allow Japanese ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
