Dera Ghazi Khan: Four people died after the roof of a
private school collapsed in DG Khan.
According to rescue officials, a tragic accident occurred in
a private school located on Jampur Road in Dera Ghazi Khan, where four people
died after the roof of the school suddenly collapsed and was buried under the
rubble. Their bodies have been recovered.
Rescue sources say that so far 9 people have been rescued
alive, while rescue operations are in full swing.
According to a rescue spokesperson, the school
administration has expressed fears that more children may be under the rubble. Immediately
after the accident, rescue teams, police, and local people reached the spot and
participated in rescue activities. The injured are being shifted to a nearby
hospital for immediate medical assistance.
The administration has started an investigation into the
incident to determine the reasons for the roof collapse.
