Sylhet: The Pakistan cricket team, which lost the first Test to Bangladesh, arrived in Sylhet for shopping.
The Pakistan team is in Sylhet to play the second Test
match, where the players of the national test squad went to a local shopping
center. The players bought traditional items from a store on this occasion. The
players also bought gifts for their family and close relatives. Some players of
the Pakistan cricket team also bought traditional sarees.
The players went shopping as an outing to freshen up. Those
who went to the shopping center included Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, Hassan
Ali, Salman Ali Agha, Imad Butt, Sajid Khan, Noman Ali, Ghazi Ghauri, Azan
Owais and bowling coach Umar Gul.
Security arrangements were also made for the players at the
shopping center. On this occasion, citizens took autographs from the players
and took pictures.
