 Islamabad: According to sources, Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader and Member of National Assembly Hamza Shahbaz has been entrusted with an important responsibility in the Government, while he has also been allotted an office in the Prime Minister's House.

Sources say that Hamza Shahbaz will oversee the political affairs of the PML-N. After reaching Islamabad, he also met with federal ministers Owais Leghari, Atta Tarar and Ali Pervaiz Malik.

According to sources, the decision to give Hamza Shahbaz responsibilities at the federal level was taken in a recent meeting in Murree, which was attended by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

The sources further said that Hamza Shahbaz will conduct business from his office on the sixth floor of the Prime Minister House and will also meet with members of the assembly belonging to the PML-N.
