Lahore: Preparations for Basant, the roofs of 10 government
schools in walled Lahore have been allocated for Basant.
The Education Authority Lahore has sent a report of ten
schools to the School Education Department, including Government High School
Bhati Gate, Delhi Gate, Syed Matha Bazar and Shah Alam Gate.
The names of Government Victorious Girls High School, Takiya
Sadhwan, Kabuli Mill and Chuna Mandi are also included in the list. The
supervisory staff in the school has been ordered to be on duty for three days
of Basant.
The Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner will
visit the school and review the arrangements. In case of poor arrangements, the
concerned heads will be responsible.
