Quetta: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Anti-Human
Trafficking Circle (AHTC) Quetta has successfully taken action against elements
involved in human trafficking and arrested a sub-agent/driver Irfan along with
08 Afghan nationals.
The main accused Gul Badin and Ghamai have also been named
in the case, but they managed to escape. Efforts are on to arrest them.
According to the officials,a mobile phone was recovered from
the possession of the accused, from which WhatsApp chats, photos and other
records have been obtained, which provide clear evidence of his involvement in
human trafficking. The vehicle/rickshaw used in the incident has also been
taken into custody by the FIA.
It is worth mentioning here that the sub-agent also has
direct contacts with agents Taj Muhammad and Kamil present in Afghanistan.
Further investigation is underway with the accused while raids are being
conducted to arrest the other accused
