Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced a celebration on February 7. In her message on the social networking website ‘X’, Maryam Nawaz said that citizens of Lahore and all over Punjab should come and celebrate the Basant festival with us at Liberty Chowk.
He said that there will be a celebration at Liberty Chowk on
February 7, while the punjab Chief minister also shared the song “Gudi Lahore
Di Udi” regarding Basant.
It should be noted that the traditional splendor of the
spring festival and Basant has come alive once again, the streets sparkling
with lights, the soaring kites, and the enthusiasm of the living heart of
Lahore are testimony to the fact that the culture of Lahore is unparalleled
even today.
