PTA launches ‘Digital Assistant’ for customer convenience and complaint redressal

Islamabad: PTA has taken a major step for the convenience of customers and timely redressal of complaints.

PTA Digital Assistant has been made accessible online and through WhatsApp. PTA has launched ‘Digital Assistant’ for telecom users.

PTA Digital Assistant is available on WhatsApp, will provide instant guidance to users as they will now be able to contact PTA Digital Assistant on WhatsApp number 03150055055.

Furthermore, PTA officials said in this regard that the Digital Assistant will provide information related to telecom services and complaint procedures. An instant information and automated response facility will be available through the menu-driven system, which aims to provide instant answers to questions and better user convenience.
