Karachi: According to the data, $216 million was deposited
in Roshan Digital accounts in January. The State Bank has released details of
Roshan Digital accounts.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), overseas
Pakistanis have opened 91,764 Roshan Digital accounts from September 2020 to
January 2026 and $11.92 billion has been deposited in these accounts in 65
months, out of which $7.65 billion has been used in Pakistan and another $1.96
billion has been withdrawn.
According to the central bank, the outstanding deposits in
Roshan Digital accounts as of January 2026 are $2.30 billion.
