California: YouTube has provided a great convenience for
users. Now viewers will be able to watch and listen to any video in their own
language.
According to foreign media, YouTube has greatly expanded its
AI-powered auto-dubbing, allowing viewers to now watch any video in their
native language.
According to the latest update, YouTube's auto-dubbing now
supports 27 languages. Viewers can now easily select their preferred language
in YouTube settings, and when a dubbed version is available, the platform
automatically plays the video in that language.
This marks a major shift in the way global content is
consumed, making videos accessible as soon as they start. One of the most
dramatic upgrades is Expressive Speech, a new AI technology designed to
preserve the original creator's tone, emotion, and speaking style.
Currently, Expressive Speech is available for videos
translated into English, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian,
Portuguese, and Spanish, and YouTube has confirmed that more languages are
coming soon.
