In this regard, the Establishment Division has issued an office memorandum. It has been directed that officers must submit medical reports by April 30. Federal officers from grades 17 to 22 of ministries, divisions, departments and institutions should submit reports after medical examination.

Pakistan Administrative Service, Police Service of Pakistan, Office Management Group, and Secretariat Group officers should send reports by March 31. However, officers of other service cadres and groups have been instructed to send medical reports by April 30.

Complete medical reports will be made part of the service record.

According to the office memorandum, focal persons have been appointed in PIMS and polyclinics for officers of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
