Tehran: Iran has warned that US forces will face serious
consequences in the event of ground attacks on its territory, Tehran has made
it clear that it is ready to respond to any kind of aggression.
The spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters
of the Iranian army has described President Trump as a pawn of Israel in a
recent statement, alleging that Trump is under pressure from Mossad due to his
background in the Epstein case.
Lieutenant Colonel Ibrahim Zolfaghari has warned in his own
unique way that in the event of any possible ground attack or attempted
occupation, ‘US soldiers will become food for the sharks of the Persian Gulf. This
statement has come at a time when media reports are claiming that the Pentagon
is preparing for weeks-long ground operations in Iran.
The Iranian military spokesman said that Donald Trump has
repeatedly threatened to launch ground operations against Iran and seize some
islands in the Persian Gulf, but this will only prove to be his delusion.
He said that the Iranian forces have been waiting for a long
time to prove that aggression and occupation end in humiliation and the
destruction of the invaders.
According to Iranian media, in response to these US threats, Iran has further strengthened its defensive positions across the country. Security has also been increased on the southwestern border with Iraq, where US bases are also located, while strict defensive measures have also been taken in the southeastern regions near the Strait of Hormuz.
