US considering moving weapons earmarked for Ukraine to Middle East

Washington: The United States has begun considering moving weapons earmarked for Ukraine to the Middle East in light of increasing pressure on military resources during the ongoing joint war against Iran.

According to the American newspaper Washington Post, there is a possibility of redeploying air defense missiles purchased with NATO funding, which could affect Ukraine’s access to key defense systems.

This move comes at a time when the war between Israel and the United States is spreading in the region, while various sources are also mentioning diplomatic efforts for negotiations.

A Pentagon spokesman explained that the aim is to ensure that American forces and their allies and partners receive the resources they need to fight and succeed in the war.
