Lahore: On the issue of harassment of actress Momina Iqbal
by a PML-N MPA, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that no one who
harasses a woman is above the law.
In her message on the social networking site X, Punjab Chief
Minister Maryam Nawaz said that strict action will be taken against those who
threaten and exploit women. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif took a
categorical stand and said that she will not forgive those who harass women.
Maryam Nawaz said that the exploitation of women by using
political influence is unacceptable, the law is equal for everyone, and no one
will get any concessions.
