Islamabad: Negotiations between the government and the PPP
regarding the budget are likely to take place tomorrow.
According to government sources, President Asif Ali Zardari
and the PPP negotiation team was met at 11 pm yesterday. Bilawal Bhutto, Murad
Ali Shah, Syed Naveed Qamar and Sherry Rehman participated in the meeting.
Government sources further said that the center is demanding
1700 billion in funds from the provinces. Only after the availability of these
funds will the federal budget be finalized.
