Karachi: 50 SSU commandos have been posted on deputation to
the FIA for one year.
The SSU commandos also include 25 lady commandos. These
commandos will be posted to the FIA for one year. DIG Security Dr. Maqsood
Ahmed met the commandos who went on deputation and directed them to perform
their duty with responsibility, dedication and integrity.
Director FIA Karachi Zone Muntazir Mehdi also visited the
SSU and praised the professional capabilities of the commandos of the Special
Security Unit (SSU).
The posting of SSU commandos to the FIA is a manifestation
of professional cooperation between the institutions. According to the DIG
Security and Emergency Division, this agreement was signed at the request of
the FIA.
According to the FIA spokesperson, under this agreement,
the SSU commandos will serve for the first year, and another 50 commandos will
serve in the FIA for the next one year.
