Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has temporarily restrained the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from releasing the results of the examinations conducted for recruitment.
During the hearing, the petitioner’s counsel, Afrasiab Ahmed
Rana Advocate, took the position that the FIA conducted the test for recruitment
outside the syllabus, which caused serious losses to the candidates.
He told the court that a written application has also been
sent to the FIA regarding this irregularity. After hearing the arguments, the
Islamabad High Court restrained the FIA from announcing the examination
results until the final decision of the case.
