Islamabad: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency
(NCCIA) has issued a notice to Noreen Niazi in connection with an inquiry into
alleged content on social media.
According to the notice, Noreen Niazi has been directed to
appear in person before the NCCIA in Islamabad on July 20, 2026, and record her
statement.
The NCCIA says that an investigation is being conducted
against her on the charge of allegedly spreading false and inflammatory content
about state institutions on social media, for which she has been summoned.
Furthermore, the agency has clarified that Noreen Niazi
should appear in person on the specified date and cooperate in the inquiry.
