Pakistan Air Force's impressive participation in World Defense Show 2026 in Saudi Arabia


 Rawalpindi: The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) contingent is participating in the World Defense Show 2026 held in Saudi Arabia, where the latest JF-17 Thunder Block-III multi-role fighter jet and Super Mushtaq basic trainer aircraft have been put on display.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the World Defence Show 2026 is a leading global forum in the field of defence and security.

The participation of the Pakistan Air Force in this exhibition has further strengthened Pakistan’s global position as an emerging hub for aerospace innovation, operational capabilities and reliable defence matters.

The participation in the World Defence Show 2026 is a reflection of Pakistan’s rapidly growing indigenous aerospace industry and the proven operational capabilities of the PAF.

The JF-17 Block III is the pinnacle of Pakistan’s military aviation technology and is equipped with combat capabilities such as advanced avionics, AESA radar, effective electronic warfare system and BVR missiles, making it a powerful 4.5 generation fighter aircraft that meets the operational requirements of modern air forces.

At the same time, the Super Mushq trainer aircraft highlights Pakistan’s strong capabilities in the field of pilot training. Due to its reliable performance, low cost and easy maintenance, the Super Mushq has been inducted into the air forces of several friendly countries and is serving as a standard platform for basic flight training worldwide.
