Dubai: The United Arab Emirates introduced several new visa categories to its immigration system in 2026, further expanding the Golden Visa program to include AI Specialist Visas, Entertainment Visas and other professional visas.
According to officials, the move is aimed at attracting
talent, capital and innovative industries to the country.
The AI Specialist Visa is for individuals with expertise
and services in the field of artificial intelligence, while the Entertainment
Visa provides a new path for artists, creative professionals and those
associated with the cultural industry. Facilities have been expanded to
accommodate experts in other fields, skilled workers, and digital
entrepreneurs.
These measures are being considered especially important for
Indians and other South Asian communities as new opportunities are emerging for
long-term residence, employment and integration in the UAE. Under the new visa
categories, candidates will be able to enjoy benefits such as better housing,
business opportunities and family reunion.
