New budget approved for Israeli army, 32 billion shekels increase for security


 Tel Aviv: The Israeli parliament has approved a new budget for the army.

According to a foreign media report, the Israeli parliament has approved a new army budget, adding 32 billion shekels for security. For this, 6 billion shekels have been allocated for the Israeli reserve forces, and 5 billion shekels have been allocated for the rehabilitation of Israeli areas near Gaza. The report states that 20 billion shekels have been given to the reserve forces before.

On the other hand, Israeli citizens say that despite paying heavy taxes, they are not safe even at home. In this regard, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said that full resources will be allocated to the army and security agencies, and relief will be provided to the public through changes to tax slabs.
