Peshawar: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Composite
Circle Mardan arrested two suspected agents while conducting an operation at
the NADRA office in Mardan.
According to the FIA, the arrested persons were illegally
assisting citizens in obtaining NADRA records and national identity cards.
During the operation, the accused were taken into custody and further
investigation has been started.
The FIA spokesperson said that the mobile phones of the
accused have been seized and are being sent to the forensic laboratory for
digital forensic analysis. The agency further said that more evidence and
possible facilitators will also be identified during the investigation.
