Several suspects arrested for illegal immigration and human trafficking


 Karachi: According to an FIA spokesperson, the FIA ​​Immigration arrested several passengers while taking action against illegal immigration and human trafficking. Several suspicious passengers were stopped during routine immigration clearance. Passenger Rashid, son of Nazir Ahmed was detained after being deported from Iraq. During the search, his original passport was recovered, from which several pages had been removed.

According to the FIA ​​spokesperson, passenger Atif Rehman arrived in Pakistan from Turkey. Initial investigation revealed that he had gone to Turkey on a transit visa and stayed there illegally for eight months.

The FIA ​​spokesperson said that other passengers Saddam Hussein, Rukhsar Ali and Hammad Rafiq were deported from Turkey. These passengers were trying to reach Europe through illegal land routes via Iran.

According to the FIA ​​spokesperson, passenger Umair Khan arrived in Pakistan from Germany. During the initial investigation, he confessed traveling to Europe illegally via Iran and Turkey, while as per the IBMS records, there is no record of his legal departure from Pakistan.

According to the FIA ​​spokesperson, all the passengers have been handed over to the FIA ​​Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Karachi for further investigation and legal action.
