Haripur: Eight people died in a fire incident in the Hattar Industrial Estate of Haripur due to a burst of gas pipeline.
According to DPO Haripur Shafiullah Gandapur, eight people were also injured in the fire incident. The deceased and injured belong to the same family.
The DPO said that the fire broke out due to a burst gas pipeline in the industrial estate. Fire brigades from five districts participated in extinguishing the fire. Police also participated in relief operations along with the rescue and fire brigade.
According to Shafiullah Gandapur, five bodies were brought to Kot Najibullah Hospital and three are in the trauma center.
