The biggest setback in US-Iran talks came over Lebanon

According to the sources, the nuclear issue and the Strait of Hormuz are in the headlines, but the real obstacle is over Lebanon.  The US had offered to convince Israel to stop attacking Beirut, and then gradually move towards stopping attacks in southern Lebanon and the rest of the country.

On the other hand, Iran demanded an immediate and complete ceasefire. Which could not bridge the gap. As a result, Israel’s continued bombing of Lebanon directly thwarted US-Iran peace talks.

A country that was not even at the negotiating table in Islamabad sabotaged these talks from 3,000 miles away. While the following points are presented to hide the truth from the world.

1: Iran refuses to give up full control over the Strait of Hormuz. It even rejected Pakistan's proposal to form a consortium of a few countries, including Iran, and hand over the management of Hormuz to it, while the US expressed its willingness to accept this proposal.

2: Iran refused to accept the demand to hand over 440 kg of uranium to the US.

3: The US demanded that Iran achieve zero enrichment, while Iran insisted that it should be allowed to enrich for civilian purposes. The Iranians had asked to continue the talks today, but the US delegation kept its conditions on the table and left.

In the current situation, if the ceasefire is restored, there will be hope of reaching an agreement, but if the ceasefire ends, then it will bring destruction to the whole world.
