FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad action :Case registered against ten persons deported from Turkey, Italy, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

ISLAMABAD: FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle (AHTC) Islamabad has registered a case under sections 3 and 4 of the Passport Act 1974 against ten persons who were deported from different countries and arrived at Islamabad International Airport on August 22, 2026.

Investigation revealed that six of them were deported from Turkey and are accused of illegally attempting to travel to Europe, while the rest, who came from Italy, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, are facing charges including illegal entry, overstay and begging. The passports, travel documents and mobile phones of all the accused have been seized for investigation.

The investigation will also look into whether any agent or facilitator helped in sending these individuals abroad illegally. Action will be taken against anyone found involved as per the law.

FIA Islamabad Zone is determined to continue its operations against human trafficking and illegal travel abroad without any interruption.
