Housing Minister Pirzada Refuses to Shield FGEHA Incompetence, Demands Urgent Inquiries as Frustrated Investors Threaten Legal and Protest Actions Over Protracting Schemes

Federal Minister of Housing Society and work Mian Riaz Hussain pirzada has expressed apprehensions about the Federal Government employees housing authority (FGEHA) protracting the completion of major two societies: Bhara kahu Freen enclave 1 and the lifestyle Residency Apartment project in the 50th executive board meeting the Minister asked for the reports regarding the construction of the societies as thousands of  contractors are waiting for years.

It is stated that in 2009 the Green enclave 1  scheme was publicized and lifestyle Residency Project was initiated in 2017 making it almost 10 years of extension. Urgent reports regarding both the projects must be presented in front of the Minister as decreed. On the accounts of present situation it was highly possible that the contractors will make issues or will take legal action.

Civil servants  and   government officials who have put all their money and savings into these projects are facing unpredictable situations that can possibly turn against the constructing authorities. Minister Pirzada stared that he will no longer shield the incapabilities and incompetence  of the authority. Although, the affected customers have opened up their internal tensions regarding the board meeting stating that the session did not actually provide any kind of on the ground construction that seemed effective.

It is said that the customers will no longer believe on the fake promises and will soon indulge in a large volume protest outside the FGEHA headquarters in the final week of August if needed. Hearing repeated lies and hollow pledges, their patience has come to the brim making it impossible for them to wait for further more extensions or any other excuse.
