Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has once again
clarified her statement in which she referred to India's Generation Z as the
"gutter generation."
A few days ago, the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), a student
organization, staged a large protest in New Delhi following the release of
leaked documents, after which the actress referred to Generation Z as the
"gutter generation."
Kangana's statement drew criticism not only from social
media users but also from celebrities in the industry. In response to the
strong criticism, Kangana praised Generation Z, stating that she was glad that
our young generation is aware and understands things.
However, Kangana Ranaut has now sparked a new controversy by
linking Generation Z to the "gutter generation."
Speaking to the media, she said, "What's wrong with
them calling themselves cockroaches, if we say that cockroaches come out of gutter?"
The actress added: "I don't consider myself a
cockroach. If someone tells me I live in a sewer, I'll deny it, but if someone
claims to be a cockroach, then naturally they'll live in a gutter, and where
else would they?
