MQM expresses its support for New Administrative Units.

Karachi: Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal has stated that new administrative units will solve problems not only in Karachi but throughout Pakistan.

Upon his media appearance, Mr Kamal asserted that global progress has been demonstrated through the creation of new administrative units, and that these are also an urgent necessity in Pakistan.

He added that he would support the creation of new provinces and administrative units in Pakistan without altering existing borders. The creation of new administrative units would not only solve Karachi's problems but would benefit all of Pakistan.

The Federal Health Minister expressed his support for Mian Amir Mahmood's proposals regarding provinces. He indicated that improving the administrative structure and transferring powers to lower levels can contribute to solving citizens' problems.

Kamal noted that, as far as the Cabinet is concerned, only previously agreed-upon decisions are put to a vote. He added that a thorough analysis of the new administrative units is necessary to achieve an effective administrative system in the country
