Jacobabad: After the protests of the heirs of the youth who
was killed in an alleged police encounter, the IG Sindh took notice of the
incident and ordered the registration of a case against 6 police officers.
According to the police, a case has been registered against
Fighter-2 In-Charge Wahid Chandio, Qaim Dahani, Naseeruddin, Ibrahim, Mir
Muhammad and other officers on the complaint of the brother of the citizen, Ali
Haider, who was killed in Miranpur police station.
According to the text of the FIR, the deceased Ali Haider
was arrested by the police from near his residence. And later found dead.
The plaintiff has taken the stand in the FIR that the police
killed his brother by taking money from the opponents. According to the police,
further investigation into the incident is underway.
