Karachi: The accused was arrested during a crackdown by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for copyright infringement.
According to the spokesperson, the Corporate Crime Circle of
the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Karachi Zone took action against the
elements involved in the copyright infringement case and cracked down on them.
This action was taken on the complaint of MS Blue Tech Electric Private
Limited.
Officials said that during the raid, the accused
organization, who is allegedly the owner of the company, was arrested. A
large number of copyright infringement materials were also recovered from the
possession of the accused.
The FIA spokesperson further said that action is being
taken against the accused according to the relevant laws, while further
investigation is also underway. The FIA is also continuing operations to
arrest other elements involved in this network.
