Islamabad: A government delegation visited the opposition chamber and met with Allama Raja Nasir Abbas and others. The delegation included Federal Prime Minister Nazir Tarar, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, and Rana Sanaullah. The meeting addressed ongoing talks between the government and the opposition, among other topics.
Rana Sanaullah reported that they discussed the letter sent
by Mahmood Achakzai, to which the Prime Minister will respond. Rana Sanaullah
added that the consultation process regarding key appointments is a
constitutional procedure that will continue.
